Day 921: YOU GET OUT OF BED, IT IS A GOOD DAY

I met this adorable couple today. They were trying to get in the lift. I can tell they were looking a little confused. Reading the instructions and wondering where to press.

The touch screen button to operate the lift in Peter Mac takes getting used too. I helped them as I was on my way down too.

I asked what her diagnosis is, turns out she is a fellow sarcoma warrior. I asked what kind of sarcoma as I know there are 50 different kinds.

She said,”Oh, I am not sure. There are 2 words and sarcoma. I couldn’t remember.”

She joked, “Maybe I don’t want to remember it, ”

I wonder if she is grown up in the Google generation, if she would want to know exactly what her cancer is so she can find this information online.

Maybe when you reach that age you are more at peace and surrender for the best?

What a gorgeous couple. They made my day.

I walked them to their cab as promised.
