D84: CAN YOU BE EXCITED FOR PAIN?

Even fb is trying to disagree by failing to upload this last night but I refuse to give up.

For my cancer friend, chemo days can be dreading. It’s funny how our brain are quick to associate negative experience and create an anticipation for it. This happens to me too. Remember that you are not alone. Cancer is a mental battle as much as it is a physical one.

I’m sending you love, hugs, strength and courage.

As I always say,” When sh*t happens, universe is giving us manure to grow.”

Bring on the sh*t and bring on the growth.

It is time to reflect. I tell everyone,”It is in our deepest pain that we find our greatest gift.”
