My face is a bit puffy from yesterday’s fluids. It matches my puffy heart too from the love and kindness I received lol.
My morning ritual : chicken broth with ginger.
CANCERPEDIA: As the doc + naturopath recommend GINGER and PEPPERMINT are good for anti nausea. Stock up and make yourself a ginger peppermint tea. The doc also said even tic tac peppermint can help. Don’t chew gum as it may increase your stomach acid.
I woke up with body ache and nausea this morning. Thanks to dr. Ann who prescribes me with anti nausea tablets to help my side effect more managable. I was given the fancy drug EMEND before chemo that will help me for a few days. This morning as soon as I woke up I took 2 x ONDANSETRON which seem to help me. Otherwise, I wouldn’t be able to down the broth.
