I had migraine last night. So, I asked Gen to help me fix my stiff jaw and neck. She didn’t just fix my migraine, she made me realise that I had a LOCKED JAW. I forgot that my mouth can open that big lol. No wonder I struggle trying to put food in my mouth and I had ulcers inside my cheek because I kept biting it.

But who on earth would have a locked jaw and have no clue? Hahaha. I never had one but now I know lol.
