Random Kindness Story with Lizzay

Be the change you wish to see in the world – Gandhi

What are the odds that some random stranger would help without expecting anything in return. Lizzay met a kind soul in India that offered to help fix her bike and even a place to stay. It becomes the best night to end the trip.

Keep paying it forward people.

Let’s spread kindness like it is a confetti 😀

D300: HOW TO HAVE COMPASSION WHEN DEALING WITH HURTFUL PEOPLE / SITUATION

There were times in our lives when someone’s action costs us heartache.

Have you ever caught yourself saying :

” How could they do this to me? ” or
” How could this happens to me? ”

These days, I remind myself when people are hurting others, it is because they are hurting themselves.

Only love can drive away hatred.
Fighting hatred with hatred will drive us deeper to darkness.

Before we love others, we must first love ourselves.
Only then, we know the difference between pleasing others and loving others.

Let me know if these 2 tips help you or if you have your own mantra that nurture compassion in your heart.

Please share to make this world a happier place.

Deep love and warm hugs,
Nat xx

Melbourne’s Pay It Forward Soup for the homeless

Feel good story before bed. I love seeing kindness in the world 🙂

Check out this story : https://www.facebook.com/Humansinmelb/posts/1113016382078262

Do you know one thing I noticed when I went through cancer treatment is the need for transport and accommodation. I wonder if something can be done somehow to match a volunteer for transport or pay it forward uber voucher / airbnb for cancer patient?

I’m very lucky, I live 30 minutes away and my friends have been kind enough to take me in.

I remember hearing a story of elderly lady who lives in Bright ( over 3 hours drive from Melbourne ). She was picked up at 5 am by the transport people for her chemo treatment. Then, she’d spent almost all day there.

I felt so nauseated by chemo. It’d be horrible for her to travel 3 hours in the car 😵 The lovely lady still gave me a hug and a smile. She’s a champion!

This is me 3 months ago : 6604 steps in a whole month. ( I was in ICU then bed bound at hospital for 24 days).

Today, I smashed 10.000 steps in a day.

Hope this inspire you to exercise. It’s important for you.

I felt sore and spent. I’d probably get stiff tomorrow lol but definitely worth it 🙂

D299: RELAX, DON’T STRESS, ENJOY LIFE – Chris

Thanks for the awesome message which many people need to hear.

We live in such a stressful environment. The more reason, I want to launch simplified happiness course for the world. A reminder to be grateful and happier in our life. In the end, you realise what matter is spending time with people you love and making time doing what you love.

We walked for just over 10.000 steps. I felt so sore already but distance disappears when you have awesome companion.

We were in suspension bridge. There were dog and people passing haha.

I love Gavan. It’s been almost 3 weeks now that he’s smiling from above. I’m passing on his wisdom and his smile. May this gives lightness to our heart. A reminder to focus on the positive and love the people around us.

Let’s share his light to brighten the world. And, prayers for his family and others who have lost their loved ones to cancer ( Zane’s, Kristian’s and Tony’s family )
