Today, marks the day I embrace cancer in my life. Taking it with gratitude and it becomes a gift. Taking it with anger and it becomes a curse. Choose wisely. This is your life. You get to decide what you choose to experience. #life #gratitude #positivity #chemotherapy #cancer #celebration
Remember happiness doesn’t depend upon who you are or what you have; it depends solely on what you think. #quotesoftheday #quotes #innerpeace #happysmile #smiles
D341: DON’T LET AGE LIMITS YOUR DETERMINATION TO BE HEALTHY
Life lesson from Eda 🙂 My awesome stranger. She is a champion. Honestly, I can’t pull off like she did….not just yet anyway. Soon Eda soon!!
Best part of my morning walk when I smiled and if I’m lucky hugged a stranger. I hugged 3 Italian ladies today. They were pumping it at the gym park equipment haha. My one million hug project must be resumed again. I kept losing my hug count though…too much laughing 😂
Question of the day : When was the last time you said,”I love you”?
Sometimes, it only takes ONE SMILE
to brighten someone’s world. Hope this one works for you 🙂 #happysmile #happiness #smiles #loveit #love
Some see a hopeless end, others see
an endless hope. #quotesoftheday

D340 : How to overcome Monday Blues
I’m stalking the baby swan for you. Hope it will make you smile too. There will be plenty of this haha. I’m officially a cygnet stalker.
I’m still feeling fatigue today when I hit the wall on Saturday. Usually take 3 days to bounce back up. I’m hoping tomorrow I’ll come good again 🙂
But it hasn’t stopped me running my happiness revolution. Happiness is a life commitment. Still gotta share smile no matter what 😀
Hope Monday isn’t too harsh on you today.
This post makes me smile today. When I had my 25 course of radiation, I was placed in the pediatric machine a couple of times. (There are 5 machines I believe – someone from Peter Mac please confirm this for me). The room was bright and colourful. There is giant Olaf in there too. Please send prayers for all children who are fighting cancer and their family.
Did you see the balloons arts the children carry? I saw the nurses making those for the pediatric cancers when I was down at radiation. Kudos for the nurses and the staffs at radiation. It’s the little thing that makes our journey a little less painful.
Love and hugs your way 🙂
Book of this week: Man’s Search for Meaning –
I highly recommend this book to open your perspective about life and find meaning in it.
“We cannot avoid suffering but we can choose how to cope with it, find meaning in it, and move forward with renewed purpose.”
Frankl’s theory-known as logotherapy, from the Greek word logos (“meaning”)-holds that our primary drive in life is not pleasure, as Freud maintained, but the discovery and pursuit of what we personally find meaningful.
