Have you done your EXERCISE today?

Even if it is 5 minutes or 10 minutes. Take a walk or a WII fun and move your body 🙂

Your body is connected to your mind.

Happy Friday 🙂

I am feeling so much better today. I have 5 days to fill myself up with nutrients and protein (also love and knowledge – learning is good for you. I aim to finish a book) before my next chemo.

You, yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection. #Buddha

Do you DARE to try something NEW?

Hilarious video of the day 🙂 I didn’t plan this to be infomercial but Christine got talent haha.

I’m feeling better thanks to Genevieve’s massage, Christine ‘s visit and mum’s love + cooking as always. Also, laughter with friends is the best medicine.

I want to say thank you to everyone who has been so kind and generous to me.

Ps: Thank you Jodie for the tea 🙂

Last night injection. I’m a pro now.

I lost 1.5 kg in 2 weeks which is better as I lost 3kg last round.

I am now 60kg. I started with 63kg prior chemo.

My stomach has definitely shrunk and I can’t eat as much. For other cancer friends, eat small portions more frequently and drink lots of water.

I have a week to put on weight 🙂 Aiming to fill it up with healthy fat. Will drink extra protein powder and eat more nuts like monkeys lol.

Morning 🙂 Happy Thursday to you.

I felt tad unwell today. I usually get bit sick after injection. Good thing, it was the last one last night. I woke up with pulsating headache/migraine (Do you know any remedy tips?). It has been hanging around the last few days. My mum said,”Don’t do the pic and just rest.” I replied,”Have to start a day with a smile ma!”. Then, she laughed and rub my bald head lol. I love seeing her smile.

Keep smiling when things get tough…but you can cry too if you need it. Let your emotions run through its cycle. Let it all out and let it go. So, you can go back to zen.

How do you release your INNER FUN?

When you are too tired to play, you can still have fun watching others being kid. Mum and Kye Bartel played wii haha.

Ps: Thanks Kye for the chocolate ice cream and the hilarious card. Also, for your Reiki healing! 🙂

I am not 100% just yet. But, my good days are coming. I am on my day 14 since chemo. Infection risk period are between day 7 to 14. Thereafter, my immune system should be climbing back up.

Good morning. Happy Wednesday 🙂

Dedicating this quote for mums out there.

“In the end it is nothing other than the loving kindness with which the woman cares for her child that makes the difference. Her concern concentrates on one thing just like the Buddhist practice of concentration. She thinks of nothing but her child, which is similar to Buddhist compassion. That must be why, although she created no other causes to bring about it, she was reborn in the Brahma heaven.” – Buddha

Do you take time to BREATHE…mindfully?

I am a tad unwell today. A day after the injection, I usually get a bit sick. Mum’s and Kim’s care never fail to keep me smiling.

Ps: Thank you Julie Kirk for my new comfy dressing gown xx
