I went to a local GP to get a result for my hormone test today. As expected the numbers the early post-menopausal effect from chemo and radiation.

For my cancer friend: Do you get early post menopausal too? And are you taking any hormone therapy?

I mentioned that I have gone through Ewing. It was nice to hear that my GP have heard of it before. Some doctors never heard of it.

Then, he proceeded to say that Ewing is an aggressive tumor. He told me to stay positive. He proceeded to say that,”Your will plays role in your healing. There is research done about it.” It makes me so happy to hear this.

It gives me a nudge to evolve “Laughter with Cancer” as a program for those who are still battling cancer. Recently, I receive a message about how my video and messages help her get through her treatment.

I am hoping to create a support group of some kind where the stories will be based on sharing toolkits to lift patients spirit.

Every now and then, I am reminded how lucky I am to be here today.
