D181: BABY STEPS

I had my physio class today, led by gorgeous Exercise Physio Katrina 🙂

I managed to do 60 baby steps!

My longest walk since I was bed bound in ICU. It’s amazing how much strength you lose in just over a week.

It feels so good to walk again.
