CHEMOPEDIA: Home made Frozen Ginger
Ginger and mint are great for nausea.
Today, I prep my ginger stock for my post chemo when my energy level is low.
1. Peel your ginger.
2. Blend it with water in nutribullet.
3. Freeze it on ice cube.
I have been having broth with ginger most morning. You can use it for tea as well.
