So I am sending you a giant love bomb.

When someone hurt you, rather than sending them hatred. I challenge you to send them love. After all, if they experience as much love in their world as you do then why would they do the things they do?

Imagine how different our world would be if we see it with love and compassion…not just to others but also to ourselves? Often we are our own worst critic.

About to go for my doc appointment today. Send me awesome vibes so my blood tests are good to go for chemo tomorrow.
