I felt tad unwell today. I usually get bit sick after injection. Good thing, it was the last one last night. I woke up with pulsating headache/migraine (Do you know any remedy tips?). It has been hanging around the last few days. My mum said,”Don’t do the pic and just rest.” I replied,”Have to start a day with a smile ma!”. Then, she laughed and rub my bald head lol. I love seeing her smile.

Keep smiling when things get tough…but you can cry too if you need it. Let your emotions run through its cycle. Let it all out and let it go. So, you can go back to zen.
