Day 3 post chemo. I’m back on my juice again.
– Mixed berries (antioxidant)
– Brocolli
– Pomegranate seeds
– Grape
– Kiwi (high on vit c)
– Bok choy (I usually use Kale)
– Flaxseed oil (omega 3)
– Walnut (brain food).
They tasted yum too. Those jam packed fiber works magic for your bowels too.
