What will you GIVE to others today?

Received a reminder letter from Australian Red Cross Blood Service today about my appointment. I called them and told them about my situation. I have been told that I won’t be able to donate my blood for the next 5 years 😮 So, if you haven’t donate your blood, I would invite you to do so 🙂 Someone has to replace my spot lol.

Health wise, I am not 100% but I am almost there. The angry pimples of my head has calmed down. I got DERMAID cream recommended by the pharmacist and it seems to help.
